Thank you to our generous supporters and donors who work tirelessly to raise funds for palliative care research, education and essential services both for hospice and community patients.
One such supporter is Lee, whose partner Claire died at Laurel Hospice in 2019. Lee’s family and friends in the UK wanted to support palliative
care in honour of Claire. One good friend gave up alcohol for 12 months, fundraising over $3,000 and another group organised a charity cricket match, raising $9,500!
Therefore, Lee’s support network generously donated $12,600 towards supporting palliative care within Adelaide’s south. For this, we are
incredibly grateful!
