Terms and Conditions for Occupancy

1. I agree that check in and check out dates and times are as shown on my booking confirmation.
2. I agree to arrange a time to attend The Hospital Research Foundation (THRF) Group head office located at 62 Woodville Road, Woodville 5011 to arrange payment, provide photo ID and credit card details and relevant
   concessions.
3. I agree that I remain personally liable to pay the total amount due upon departure unless prior arrangements with THRF Group have been made.
4. I agree that any charge for services to me or amounts payable under these terms and conditions not billed at the time of my departure may be added to my account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to a credit card nominated by me.
5. I agree to pay THRF Group for any loss or damage to the property or equipment at the property during the period of occupancy.
6. I agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to me remain my responsibility and THRF Group is not responsible for their safekeeping and has the right to dispose of any items left behind.
7. I agree that I will not make any claim against THRF Group for any damage or loss to my goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred.
8. I agree that regardless of my length of stay there is no tenancy or other right created under tenancy laws and there are no such laws that apply to my stay.
9. I agree that there will be no loud music, parties or smoking at the property.
10. I acknowledge that it is prohibited to bring animals onto the property (seeing/hearing dogs exempt), this includes keeping them in vehicles parked at the property.
11. I agree only those guests listed in section 5 and any carer listed in section 3 above will be at the property at any given time.
12. I acknowledge that THRF Group grants me a license to occupy the property and I agree that THRF Group may terminate the license at any time without giving me a reason.
13. I acknowledge that I have primary responsibility for my own safety when staying at the property. I agree that if I become aware of anything during my stay which I believe is a health and safety risk I will inform THRF Group immediately.
14. I acknowledge that my personal information will be kept private and confidential. THRF Group will only disclose my personal information to those who have a need to know for the purposes of providing the service
    needed or when it is legally required to be disclosed, such as in the case of theft or damage.
15. I acknowledge that external camera surveillance may be installed at the property entrance for the safety and security of patients and guests.
16. Upon departing the property, I agree to comply with all departure instructions provided by THRF Group.
17. I agree that if I do not return the keys at check out I will be charged for changing the locks at the property and replacing the keys.
